At Quail Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and zip code to start the return process.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
