We take extra care with your orders. Fragile items are double-boxed and padded with eco-friendly materials. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, and we provide tracking for every package.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Quail Store ships to the contiguous United States, Canada, and the UK. We are working on expanding our delivery zones to more countries soon.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Are your textile products sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize ethics and quality. All our linens, rugs, and throw pillows are sourced from manufacturers that follow fair-trade practices and use organic or recycled fibers whenever possible.
How can I track my order?
